	Fully licensed restaurant - bar The Restaurant is fully licensed and has ample facility for functions up to 50 inside the Conservatory-style Restaurant. The Gazebo-style function centre handles larger events like Weddings and Anniversaries and any special request for Garden Functions like Fashion parades.
	Your Hosts - Your Chef for exquisite meals Wayne and Nijole Martin, your hosts at Pavilion Gardens, will help with your wedding planning, or other special events.. Our award winning Head Chef, Thomas McConnell, trained in Scotland and has won numerous awards including Queensland Chef of the Year, Culinary Olympic Gold Medal in 1996. He is a member of the Master Chefs of Great Britain and a Fellow of World Master Chefs Association. Menu for lunch, wedding, or special event Thomas changes the menu every season but some favourites remain all year round. Like the following delights:
	The Twice Baked Cheese Souffle with Steamed Asparagus Spears and the Pepper Beef Pot Pie. Due to local demand the Heavenly Torte, layers of Meringue & Almonds with Whipped Cream and Strawberries has been kept all year around as well.
