"Nijole, Wayne and the staff. My friends and I had such a wonderful evening at Pavilion Garden Restaurant for the Italian Night with guest speaker, Peter Scammell. The perfume of roses from the garden enhanced the beautiful atmosphere in the conservatory style restaurant. The combination of flavours from the chef's special Italian menu tempted the taste buds, and the wine and service were exquisite, not to mention the entertaining after-dinner speech. We didn't want to leave. You deserve every success.

What a gorgeous setting and atmosphere The Pavilion Garden Restaurant on Mt Tamborine has!!  I had the absolute pleasure of attending an Italian inspired evening and from the moment of walking in and being greeted with a glass of bubbly and warm service, to tables set with fresh and colourful flowers, lit candles and decorations to match - the effect was very special, 

Then came the food!!  Delicious and wonderfully presented, the true Italian fare was the centre of conversation as we ate and enjoyed each dish which had several 'mini-dishes' on each plate!  Just as it is done in Italy from which I have recently  returned!  The gardens are full of ambient charm, reminding me of some of the European gardens I walked trough on my trip - graced with statues and urns and flowers and little hidden walkways! 

Well done to the owners and wonderful staff of The Pavilion who have created this gorgeous night I will most definitely be returning to enjoy more of your hospitality and great food and atmosphere! Yours sincerely ... Deborah Leigh-Russell
